Just Hangin Loose!

So we got back from Hawaii on Tuesday and it was amazing! I love that place, I could stay there forever! We went with our friends from the fire department and it was fun cause my sister was there because she is dating Jake! We were over in Oahu and did all the fun stuff that there is to do! We ate amazing yummy food too, amazing sushi...the best I have ever had, yummy fresh pineapple and dole whips at the pineapple plantation (Kevin's favorite) Yummy shaved ice... I think we had like twenty of those! Ever eaten and the shrimp trucks? So divine, and gives you such stinky burps, but so divine! The craziest thing we did was went swimming with sharks...so crazy but so worth it! We did a bunch of snorkeling and the boys took on some surfing! We saw some cool sea turtles right up on shore while we were jumping the big waves. We hung out at the beach allot (and the boys surprised us with their various speedos and such while running to the water, funny, crazy boys!) ...especially sunset beach. It was gorgeousand had the best sand ever! We also went on this cool jeep tour and saw where some films were made and our tour guide picked some fruit from the jungle and we got to eat some guava and jungle apples and it was so good and so cool! We went to Pearl Harbor... so sad but really neat! We went to a luau and Jake and Kevin learned to Hula! Hilarious! We went and saw the temple and it is being renovated and they will be re-dedicating in next July. Perfect excuse to go back next year, right? We also went and saw a couple fire stations, one was right on the beach over looking it, maybe chase should try and get a job in Hawaii! All their trucks had surfboards on them which was pretty cool! All in all it was a blast and a well needed vacation! I know there are tons of pictures, but I couldn't resist, it's like I'm reliving it!
